Job Description

Essential Functions:

Operations leader for the international division, setting vision and strategy, teaching, guiding, and influencing both international franchisees and US Support Center associates.

Communicator, linking the international franchisees with the US Support Center.

Lead franchisees to improve their store people, sales, profits, and growth goals.

Ensure that each franchisee executes the company operational standards.

Successfully export the US concept into diverse international cultures.

Communicate and present operational standards and techniques during in-country trips, and franchise conventions.

Revise the written US operational standards to include international variances.

Provide operational store reviews, score the progress, and write action goals and objectives.

Interview potential new store managers and advise the franchisee on hiring.

Lead international franchisees through the new store opening process, from site approval to opening.

Advise franchisees in the purchase of their furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Partner with franchisees to prepare annual budgets.

Performs other duties and lends assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Support Center Management Team.

Supports the Support Center Objectives, including:  "If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is."
